Check Out Time is 12 noon without exception. Your room cannot be guaranteed before 4 p.m. The front desk can inform you if the room will be available before that time. Please call to see if your room will be available for early check-in.
The seventh day is free (unless you change rooms) if made by previous reservation. The free day will be the weekday base rate of the room occupied.
One day deposit is required on all reservations.
Refunds on deposits are forfeited without a 1 week notice of cancellation. No exceptions. Groups of 2 or more rooms require 2 weeks of cancellation.
